He brings me roses
It's late Spring.
All the hard work and love ploughed into the garden is certainly rewarding us here at Poppy Lane with all sorts of joy.
Dear husband, who spends most of his spare time creating a happy haven out there deserves a medal, but mostly gets rewarded with copious cups of tea, which at least keep him from getting too parched.
Lately he has been coming indoors with hands filled with the most beautiful rose blooms...much to my glee!
Bunches are now filling the rooms, with colourful happiness.
In my opinion, beauty from the garden is the best kind of home decor.

Whilst I'm at it I may as well kill two birds with one stone.
Not so much a secret weapon, but definitely my favourite gadget -
the camera above is my favourite toy.
It was a gift from my hubster and gives me hours worth of fun.
I lug it around and am forever putting it down somewhere, forgetting where, then needing it in a hurry...you get the gist.

Hope you all are having a happy week. xo

I am I am in love with roses right now...the pink & yellow ones on our kitchen table are giving off a lovely, heady scent. Lucky you to have a partner who is so handhhandy in the garden! I've had a very happy look around your blog, what
pretty photo's you take. Will pop by again xo
beau Beautiful!! i need a new camera, im struggling with mine, guess it must be me an and not the camera!
Mmm I can almost smell these divine roses! Just what I need to brighten this grey, damp day.x
I picked a tiny little white bud, just coming into flower, to go with some red berries this morning! It's one of our last white roses - I left the very last red one on its bush to remind me of summer! Your photos are lovely, and they remind me of our summer past, but also of summers to come! Thanks for the floral joy.
I love the smell of scented roses, quite devine! suzie. xx
